    1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 all of the documents hereinafter referred to transferring# assigning and conveying to the District all of the proper­ty referred to in Section 1 hereof# (e) The Escrow Agent shall furnish to the District a policy of title Insurance issued by the PIONEER TITLE IN­SURANCE COMPANY# of Las Vegas, with liability not exceed­ing $267,650,00 showing title to the lands referred to in subparagraph (a) of Section 1 of this agreement to be vest­ed in the District subject to all taxes for the calendar year in which the sale date occurs and all conditions, re­strictions, reservations, easements and Certificates of Ap­propriation of Water of record except (subject to the pro­visions of Section 2 hereof) the Certificates of Appropri­ation of Water referred to in Section 2 of this agreement, and (d) When, after the payment of said purchase price by said Escrow Agent, there shall remain in the possession of said Escrow Agent the amount of the Relocation Fund es­tablished pursuant to Section 5 hereof. The term "sale date" as used in this agreement shall be ti date when the said escrow shall have been partially performed by th conveyance of the properties referred to in Section 1 hereof to the District and the payment of the purchase price therefor to First Parties or their nominee.
