Reinhardt) I understand that Mr. Renwlck has had a telephone conversation with you concerning ratification by the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and the Union Pacific Railroad Company of the agreement between those companies, the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the Las Vegas Valley Water District, dated June 1, 1953, for the sale of the water system at Las Vegas to the District. When the agreement has been ratified by a resolution of the Executive Committees of the two Railroad Companies, will you please furnish me two certified copies and one extra copy of the resolutions so that I may furnish the two certified copies to the District. Mr. Reinhardt has already transmitted to Mr. Stoddard a copy of the agreement which will be a- vailable for the New York office, but if you wish additional copies of the agreement for purposes of obtaining the ratification resolutions, please let me know.
