Sutton - Omaha In connection with the recent election held in Las Vegas relative to the approval of a proposed bond issue by the Las Vegas Valley Water District, I enclose herewith a copy of form of Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Water District stating the results of the canvass of election returns of the special bond election.
