As soon as I have been able to find out the nature of the suit to be brought in the Nevada Supreme Court to determine the validity of the revenue bond covenants, I will check and see if the information you sent me with your letter, and the decision in 84 Pacific 2nd, page 409 is relevant to the proposed suit.
