Mr. Wm. Reinhardt November 6, 1953 Page 2 eations, that the actual sale of the bonds will not be completed in the ninety days from the date of your R-153* and I personally feel that we can not anticipate the sale until some time in February at the earliest, and possibly March. I intend, some time within the next week or ten days, to phone Mr. Hamilton and see if I can secure any more definite information with respect to a time schedule, as I am of the opinion, after hearing Mr. Campbell^ conversation with him, that the O’Melveny firm may realise that the District is quite insistent that speedy action be taken. The O'Melveny firm is also quite insistent that the District employ a fiscal agent, whose fee, Mr. Campbell tells me, would be around $15,000, to assist them in lining up the nature and character of the bonds, but the District, unofficially, is very much opposed to that expenditure.
