MATERIAL TO BE FURNISHED BY LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY It is understood that the Las Vegas Land and Water Company will furnish all pipe, fittings and other materials, with the exception of cement, which are to be incorporated in the completed pipe line. Said materials to be furnished by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company F.O.B. its material yard at 401 South Second Street or F.O.B. Railroad Cars, Las Vegas, Nevada. FAMILIARITY WITH PROPOSED WORK: The bidder is required to carefully examine the site of the proposed work, plans, specification and contract form for the work contemplated, as to conditions to be encountered, character, quality and quantity of work to be performed, and materials, tools, and equipment required to perform all work herein. CONTRACT: 0 The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract on the form attached hereto. BOND: The Contractor will, at expense of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, be required to furnish surety bond of the form attached for full amount of the contract based on quantities above enumerated and executed by a surety company which shall be approved by and be acceptable to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and conditioned upon the faithful performance of the terms of the contract covering the work.
