All easements granted by Union Pacific pursuant to the provisions of this section shall be granted subject to the right of Union Pacific, its successors and assigns, to construct roads, highways, pipe lines and wire lines over and across the easement parcels and to use the said easement parcels for any purpose whatsoever which will not unreasonably interfere with the construction, maintenance and operation of the pipe lines thereon by the District for the conveyance of water. All easements granted by Union Pacific pursuant to the provisions of this section shall be granted subject to all restrictions, limitations and encumbrances of record and to existing rights of other persons in and to.the lands of Union Pacific whether of record or not. It is expressly understood and agreed that the pipe lines referred to in subparagraphs (c), (d), (e), (f) and (i) of this Section 8 are located in and around the railroad yards and other facilities and improvements owned and operated by_ the Union Pacific upon its lands which are not to be conveyed to the District, and that railroad tracks and other facilities and improvements of Union Pacific are presently located upon the said easement strips to be granted to the District. All easements granted by the Union Pacific to the District for said pipe lines shall contain appropriate provisions that said easements and the rights of the District thereunder are subject to and subordinate to the right of the Union Pacific to maintain and to operate its existing railroad tracks and facilities and to construct, maintain and operate additional railroad tracks and other railroad facilities of every kind and character along and across said easement strips. Said grants of easements shall also provide that the District shall have reasonable access to said pipe lines -9-
