Adamson Mr. C, M, Bates The attorneys for the Las Vegas Valley Water District have informed me that they have Just about eon- eluded their consideration of the draft of the purchase and sale agreement which we submitted to the District ; late in MarchI We expect to meet soon for the purpose of putting the purchase and sale agreement in final fora. Therefore it will be necessary to have as promptly as possible the descriptions of the right# of way for the pipe lines over railroad lands which will be granted to the District. At the same time we should have information concerning the rights of way owned by the LVL&W Company to maintain its distribution system in other than public streets.
