    C O P Y THIS INDENTURE, nade the eighth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two, between Helen J• Stewart, Widow* Eliza J. Stewart, an unmarried woman, William James Stewart, and Hiram R. Stewart, all of Las Vegas, Lincoln County, State of Nevada, and Evaline Stewart Coffey of San Francisco, State of California, the parties of the first part, and W. A* Clark of Butte City, State of Montana, the party of the second part, WITNESSETH} That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000) lawful money of the United States, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever: All those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situated, lying and being in Township of Las Vegas, County of Lincoln, State of Nevada and bounded and particularly described as follows, to wit: The southeast one quarter, and the north one half of the southwest one quarter, and the southwest one quarter of the northwest one quarter, of section twenty five; The north one half of the south­east one quarter, the south one half of the northeast one quarter, and the northwest one quarter of the northeast one quarter, and the northwest one quarter, and the north one half of the southwest one quarter of section twenty six; The southeast one quarter, and the south one half of the southwest one quarter of section twenty seven; The south one half of the southeast one quarter, and the south one half of the southwest one quarter of section twenty eight; The south one half of the southeast one quarter, and the south one half of the south­west one quarter of section twenty-nine; The southeast one quarter of the southeast one quarter of section thirty; The northeast one quarter of the Northeast one quarter of section thirty one; The north one waif of the northeast one quarter, and the northwest one quarter of section thirty two; The north one half of the northeast one quarter, and the north one half of the northwest one quarter of section thirty |3
