If the First Parties shall perform all or any part of the work referred to in Section 5 hereof, upon completion thereof by the First Parties, all of the facilities constructed and all salvageable naterial removed by or for account of First Parties shall be conveyed by said First Parties to the District by bill of sale sufficient to vest title thereto in the District. 33.
