I agree.pumping from wells located thereonr exclusive, however, Of the water right reserved in the Deed from Helen J. Stewart, et al, to W. A* Clark, dated December 8 , 1902, and recorded in Book U of Real Estate Deeds at Page 222, Lincoln County, Nevada, Records. It is furih er understood and agreed that pursuant to the Certificate of Appropriation issued by the State Engineer of the State of Nevada, the LA & SL Railroad Company under Application No. 7200, which certificate is recorded in Book 1 of Water Appropriations^at page 76, Clark County, Nevada,.
