    square near point R on Exhibit nAw, said grant to be subject to reversion to the grantor, its successors or assigns, when the District, its successors or assigns, shall cease to use said land as a site for a pumping station. In the event the District shall abandon the use of said pumping station on said land, the District at its sole expense, and within ninety (90) days after said abandonment, shall remove said pumping station and restore the surface of the ground to the condition existing prior to the construction of said pumping station. Section 4 , In the event the District and Union Pa­cific are able to agree upon the type and nature of the pipe­lines and pumping stations to be constructed by the Union Pa­cific pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 hereof, said pipe lines, appurtenances and pumping station shall be con­structed under the joint direction of the District and Union Pacific pursuant to a contract to be entered into between the Union Pacific and a contractor after bids have been obtained therefor. In the eve^t the Union Pacific and District shall be unable to agree upbn the type and nature of said pipe lines and pumping station, Union Pacific shall nevertheless have the right to construct said facilities as provided in Section 2 pursuant {to contract to be entered into between the Union Pa­cific and a contractor after bids have been obtained therefor.
