Memo to E. E. B.j Roy Maag has just called my attention to the fact that there is no provision in the pipe line and power line agreement with the District, which is Exhibit "A" attached to the proposal, permitting the Railroad to remove the power lines between Afi and BB and between CC and GG and FF and HH at the expense of the District if the District fails to do this. Also there is no provision in the agreement that the Railroad can remove the pipe line between KK and LL, and construct in lieu thereof the pipe line between S, T and U at the expense of the District if the District fails to do it. Likewise there is no provision for the Railroad to remove the pipe line between II and JJ at the expense of the District if they fail to do it. I think these are definite weaknesses in the a-greement, and you may desire to incorporate such provisions before submitting it to Leo. /
