(b) All of the water and rights to water rising upon or flowing from the land described in (a) above, including the water produced by pumping from wells located thereon and including all certificates of appropriation issued by the State Engineer of the State of Nevada to appropriate water therefrom, except the following: (b-1) The water right reserved in the Deed from Helen J. Stewart,et al., to ¥. A. Clark, dated December S,1902, and recorded in Book U of Real Estate Deeds at Page 222, Lincoln County, Nevada, Records. The District will assume the obligation to furnish the water to the Stewart Burial Plot reserved under said deed whieh is now furnished through pipe line connecting said burial plot with your transmission lines. (b-2) That certificate of appropriation issued by the State Engineer of Nevada to the
