I agree./ Las Vegas, Nevada April 24, 1929, Mr* F, H# Knickerbocker, Gen, Mgr. L. A, oc S# L, Ht Rt Oo, Los Angeles, Gal, Dear Sir: Referring to my reoent wires to you 3 81 of April 18th and a letter of explanation April the 19th, and carbon copy of your letter file 0215^51 of April the 22nd to F, R, MoNamee in reference to complaint of J, T, McWilliams oonoerning railroad crossing to Old Town, I conferred with r, Leo MoNamoo this looming concerning this matter. Since wiring you, the posts whioh wore planted across the old roadway have bean removed and the roadway improved with gravel so that as it now stands the old crossing and roadway leading from Federal Highway across the railroad tracks ic the same as it was formerly. This being the ease we do not anticipate there will be any farther complaint from McWilliams at this time and MoName© concurs with mo that the matter can be dropped both as far as wo aro concerned and with the Olty Commission. Should anything farther arise in connection with this complaint I will keep you advised. Yours truly WALTER R. BRACKEN Vice-President and Agent
