Sale of land to John L. Russell - Los Angeles* lov. 20, 1922 File 2-General Mr. C.P. Smith:- Referring to your letter of October 18th in regard to sale of land to John L. Russell, I will advise that the title to this land is vested in the Railroad Company. I attach form of conveyance to John L ^ussell describing 92.26 acres, being part of Sections 27, 28 and 29, T. 27 8., R. 61 B.t M.D.B. & M., as shown on attached map; this conveyance is subject to our mortgage but is in accordance with that previously made to John L.
