LAS VEGAS, NEVADA Los Angeles, Nov. 25, 1922 Mr. Walter R. Bracken, Las Vegas, Nevada. Dear Sir,- Your letter of November 23d, relative to proposed sale to John L. Russell of certain acreage near Las Vegas. There is attached the map to which you refer, on the face of which has been shown the area to be conveyed. I did not understand that this was to be a sale on partial payment basis, and, therefore, had the deed prepared. As soon as you hear from Mr. Calvin, advise and I will arrange for preparation of contract of sale instead of deed. The title should, of course, remain vested in the Railroad Company until payments have been completed. Yours truly,
