Russell, I beg to advise that survey has been made and we have the exact description of the ground as per attached letter from the Chief Engineer’s office and if you will kindly have an agreement drawn for this land in favor of John L. Russell, land to sell for $100.00 per acre, one-fourth cash on delivery of agreement and the balance within a year at 6% interest sending agreement to me for signature and delivery, I will make collection on same. las Vegas, Nev., Yours truly, Agent.
