Dear Sirj~ Referring to your letter under date of April 30th in reference to contract - John L* Russell* As advised therein I have made collection from Russell of #300*00, leaving balance due on this contract which is renewed for one year of #3000*00, I have had Attorney Melamee prepare a renewal slip which I have also had Russell sign and X am herewith enclosing you for execution, all four copies. After detaining the original for your file, will you kindly send one copy to the Auditor's office, returning me the other two, one for my files and one for Russell?
