Dear Sir,- I have a letter from Judge Murphy stating that he has sent a notice to you to he posted on the forty acres of land which we are buying at Indian Springs. He also states that he has sent a notice for publication in the Las Vegas Age and that the notice should be published in five issues of the paper in order to make full thirty days of the publication. Will you kindly see that this is done and also see to posting'notice which Judge Murphy has sent you? You had better post this notice yourself as it might be that an affidavit will be required, and at any rate, we want to be sure that the notice was properly posted. C. O.
