Reinhardt -2 Mar.18, 1954 In my last talk with Mr. Beebes, he asked me; if there would be any confusion resulting if the take-over date was in the middle of the month, and I had Mr. Maag discuss the matter with our accountants who were working out there, who in turn discussed the matter with the Omaha Accounting Department, and they seemed to feel it quite essential that the. take-over date be at the end of a month. Mr. Beebe then definitely advised me that they could not be prepared to take over until June 1st, so I presume we can consider that the current cut-off date, although that is, of course, subject to change.
