Sutton) The various documents referred to in paragraph (m) of Section 1 of the Agreement of June 1, 1953* for the sale of the Las Vegas water system to the District will undoubtedly be delivered at or near the sale date outside of the escrow. You will probably be called upon to make the delivery. Will you please advise if you have a fireproof vault or other suitable place to safely keep these records if they are sent you by Mr. Sutton for delivery to the District. If you do not have such a place in your own offices, what arrangements can be made for the safe holding of these documents in Las Vegas pending the delivery to the District?
