Bennett of June 21, 1954, acknowledging receipt of the eleven documents referred to in his letter to you of June 18,1954, Mr. Bennett is out of the city for a few days, and I am replying for him. Your assumption is correct that the Pioneer Title and Trust Company should be requested to prepare a report regarding pipeline easements owned by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company on July 1, 1954, rather than on June 1, 1953# and I assume you will advise the Title Company accordingly. amount of documentary stamps to be affixed to the various conveyance documents. I believe this will complete all things required to be done by the Sellers to complete the transfer of the water system on July 1, 1954. Will you please advise if there is anything further which you will require from the Sellers to enable you to complete the transfer on this date.
