Maag - Las Vegas Herewith LVL&WCo*s executed copies of Extra Orders No. 1 and 2 on Roscoe Moss Company covering work performed by this Contractor prior to July 1, 1951+> on Wells Nos. 12 and 13 at Las Vegas as covered by Contract Audit No. 10759 between LVL&WCo. and Roscoe Moss Company. took over the water production and distribution facilities from the LVL&WCo. effective July 1, 1951+, under basic agreement which included the assignment by LVL&WCo. to the Water District of all outstanding contracts, please deliver the attached Extra Orders to the District for their records in completing the contract with Roscoe Moss Company.
