1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 LO LI .2 .3 .4 .5 .6 7 8 9 0 1 2 3 4 5 parties can agree on the type of said 24-inch and 8-inch pipe lines within ninety (90) days after such written notice, Railroad Companies shall construct such pipe lines pursuant 1 to good engineering practice and of the capacity hereinabove mentioned in this subparagraph (b); (c) To relocate the pumping station now located at point HH to a new location shown in solid green square on Exhibit "A” near point R. (d) When the said new pipe lines have been constructed and the said pumping station relocated as provided in subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) hereof, Railroad Companies shall have the right to connect the said pipe lines with the existing transmission facilities of the District so as to render unnecessary the use of the pipe lines shown by broken black and red lines between points marked A and K, A and E, and R and HH. When said new pipe lines shall have been connected into the transmission system of the District, the Railroad Companies shall have the right to disconnect from said transmission system and to remove the said pipe lines shown by broken black and red lines between points marked A and K, A and E, and R and HH. Railroad Companies shall credit the salvage value, if any, of the material removed, less the eost of removing and disposing of the same, upon the total cost of the work performed by Railroad Companies under this Section 17. 3 6 .
