\ 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 cost and expense and within one year from the sale date, remove from the premises of the Railroad Companies the following pipe lines and pole lines: (a) That certain pipe line shown in broken black and white line between points KK and LL on said Exhibit "A". (b) That certain pipe line shown in broken black and white line between points II and JJ on said Exhibit "A". (c) Those certain three-wire power lines shown in broken black and green line between points AA and BB and between points FF and HH on said Exhibit "A". (d) Those certain six-wire power lines, two-wire telephone circuits and two telemeter wires shown in broken black and green lines between points CC and GG on said Exhibit "A"; and restore the surface of the lands of the Railroad Companies to the condition existing prior to the removal thereof. In the event the District shall fail to remove the pipe lines referred to in subparagraphs (a) and (b) of this Section 15 within the time above specified, Railroad Companies shall have the right to remove said pipe lines and to construct a new pipe line e- quivalent in capacity to the pipe line referred to in subparagraph (a) of this Section 15 in location shown by red line between points marked S, T and U on said Exhibit "A" and to connect said pipe line into the facilities of the District so as to provide service through 3 2 .
