Y o u will recall that in the old bid, copy of which I believe y o u have, there was included the f o l l o w ­ing paragraph: "The cost of all improvements made b y you subsequent to September 1, 1952, up to the date of consummation of the sale will be added to the amount of the purchase p r i c ^ .| I draw your attention to the last part of subdivision (d) of the enclosed bid: "and all additions and betterments being constructed, and those for the c o n ­struction of w h i c h contracts have been-’ executed prior to September 1st, 1952. Y o u will recall that in your J-1^3 of September 5th to Mr. Reinhardt and me, you furnished certain financial data w i t h respect to improvements under way. Will y o u please advise b y wire what effect the new language in the new bid will have upon our financial hegotiations, different from those in your wire w h i c h were based upon the language of the original bid above quoted?
