I agree.Los Angeles, November 24, 1952 80-11 Mr, Wm. Reinhardt! (ce: Mr, W. H. Johnson Mr. R. L. Adamson) Herewith draft of a new proposal together with draft of a copy of letter of transmittal which I have prepared to send to Mr, McNamee, I would appreciate any constructive criticism of the terms of the proposal, and the letter, and then after we have agreed upon the form of both, I will have them sent to Mr, McNamee. I tried to follow as much as possible the wording of their proposal of October 15th. In connection with the provisions of sub-division ”Dm you have a copy of Mr, Johnson1s J-151 which would indicate that we would assume some $10,740.00 additional under the Longley Construction Co. contract. With respect to the Federal Development project referred to in that wire, it seems to me that since the company is not paying for that, the District can buy it if they take over the contract, and we are really not out the $19,000.00 involved in that contract. Possibly you will disagree with my views on this point. EEBjJL IncIs* 2 I. 1. Bennett
