    I Ret Proposed sale of Water Facilities, lias Vegas, Ne­vada, to lias Vegas Valley Water District Los Angeles, April 1, 1953 80-11 Mr. R. M. Sutton t (cc- - Mr. L. R. Maag) Will you please furnish me four copies of state­ment showing as of April 1, 1953, all contracts be­tween LVL&WCompany and subdividers with respect to which there are outstanding unrefunded advances made by subdividers under Rule 9 or similar rules* The statement need not contain reference to contracts un­der which the obligation to refund has expired, I should like to have the statement show the name of the subdivider with whom the contract is made, date and audit number of the contract, date the refund period under contract commences, total amount subject to re­fund, the amount refunded as of April 1, 1953# and the balance subject to refund as of that date. The attorneys for the District desire to review these contracts and the present status in connection with the drafting of final purchase and sale agree­ment. Since negotiations are now going on, I should appreciate this statement promptly. Will Mr. Maag please furnish me with a list of contracts which are now being negotiated or in course of execution for advances in aid of construction under Rule 9. ECRjMSB E. E, Bennett
