Cop­ies are being sent to the representatives of the District and to our interested officers in Omaha. X should appreciate receiving your comments and the comments of the other persons to whom copies of this let­ter are being sent as promptly as possible so that we shall be in a position to discuss the agreement with the representatives of the District at an early date. You will notice that the agreement does not contain the exhibits referred to therein except for the maps. Me are unable to draw these because the legal descriptions have not yet been prepared. X understand that surveys are in progress which will enable Mr, Adamson and Mr. Bates to draw the necessary descriptions. X suggest that the surveys be completed as soon as posslbls and that Messrs.
