Johnson - Los Angeles) With reference to Mr. Johnson's letter of September 22nd, file 733^, regarding proposed sale to City of Las Vegas of property in the Bonanza Hoad Industrial District: Also, please refer to my letter of October 5th to Mr. Bennett regarding the 8-inch water line crossing the proposed sale parcel. I am attaching copy of Mr. Bennett's reply to my letter of October 5th for the information of Messrs. Johnson, Cory and Maag. You were furnished copy of my letter of October 28th to Mr. Bennett, regarding revision of description contained in Exhibit "F" of sale agreement with Las Vegas Valley Water District. The Las Vegas Valley Water District and its engineer, Mr, Montgomery, have now approved the change in the description. Will you please, therefore, prepare an easement from the Rail­roads to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, identical to Exhibit “F" of Agreement C.L.D. No. 113^2, between Railroads, LVL&WCo. and Las Vegas Valley Water District, dated June 1, 1953. The description to be used in the proposed agreement is the description on my above referred to letter to Mr. Bennett, dated October 28, 1953. Please forward to this office original, approval and five copies of the proposed agreement.
