Construct 34f6 LF of 8“ and 3088LF of 6* oast iron water mains and 80 LF of 6* Fire Hydrant connections to serve Hyde Park, Tract #2. I am also sending you herewith, one copy of our drawing B-617, dated April 21, 1953 showing location of proposed pipe lines. If you agree that the inclusion of the cost of the above project may be properly added to the basic purchase price under the contract men­tioned above, will you please indicate your approval in the space provided on the carbon copy of this letter, which is sent you in duplicate and return to me.
