What la the limit of Mr. Sear lea* permit on that well? A* He has about **0,000 gallons per day* Q. And do you knew what that well will flow? A. I helped measure the discharge from the well during January of 1950. The discharge was 1000 gallons a minute. $. And what Is that figure per day? A. Two and a half millions is fairly close. Q. Would it he possible under the present law for the Water Company to acquire the use of that additional water over and above the **0,000 for which the permit is now issuod and tho two and a half the well will flow? A* It’s possible by going through the proper procedure—. making an application to obtain wator. It's up to the State Engineer’s office to act on those applications. Q* Have there been other wells drilled in that general vicinity within the past year and a half? A. Very few close to that vicinity. There have been a few in that vicinity that have been cleaned out and deepened, which was the case in Kenney Searles’ well.
