We made that inspection** our men In connection with the men from the Water Company, and I think Mr. Folger has a copy on fileI and this year, we had two officers enforcing the water conservation, and they made a record at that time, Q. Did those tests show that there was a waste of water? A. There are something like 2*KX> coolers here in town without pumps, and uptown, in several of the hart, they found where water was running with the faucet wide open. All those things have been checked. We have a witness we can produce showing how many of those things have been corrected.
