The report shows in commercial buildings 35 new commercial buildings, and 71 commercial buildings which were added to and increased in size. That would be September 20th, as of last night. There is also, Mr. Cannon, part of this report on residential. The other part of this building report, as prepared by the Building Inspector, Mr. Herling, covers the family units from October 1949, through September, 1950, which would be the same period as given for the other buildings, with a total of 598 new family units built. How, there is no description as to what type these family units are but they are duplex, triplex or new homes. MB* BMH1TT? Q,. Mr. Anderson, where they increased them in size, do you suggest that they have to have an additional connection? A. In nearly all cases, or increase in plumbing which will add to the connections, yes, sir. ME. CAMOHt Q. In an inter-office memorandum to Mr. Shelley, the City
