Mr. Robert A. Allen 2. December 4» 1951 der us to reduoe the rates on motels without at the same time adjusting other rates to a level which will enable the Water Company to earn a fair return. As you know, Mr. Renwiok intends to have some further conversations with you concerning an upward adjustment of the rate structure of the Water Company in order to see if there is some method by which the Water Company can obtain badly needed relief other than through the court case which is now pending. Any adjustment in the motel rates should await the final adjustment of all water rates at Las Vegas to a satisfactory level. Very truly yours, E. E. Bennett
