    V BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF NEVADA T n the Matter of the Application of the I & S DOCKET LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY NO. 127 to place in effect an amended set of rules and regulations and an increased schedule of water rates PETITION FOR REHEARING hereinafter called "Water Company", respectfully petitions the Honorable Public Service Commission of Nevada to re-open the above entitled matter and set the same for further hear­ing for the purpose of enabling your petitioner to furnish further proof in support of the schedule of rates filed by the Watier Company with said Commission on January 22, 1951, to become effective February 26, 1951, which rates were sus­pended by the Order of the Commission of February 19, 1951, and subsequent orders of said Commission.
