On August 2k, 1951; the Commission rendered its opinion and entered its order. On September 2k, 1951, The Las Vegas Land and Water Company petitioned the Commission for reconsideration, or, in the alternative, for rehearing. .After study of the record, on October 8, 1951, the Commission rendered its opinion and entered its order denying the petition of the applicant.
