V* 1 SAMPLE W 23-6 Service No. Gentlemen: Effective August 1, 1953 your contract with the Union Pacific Railroad Company, covering water service, was cancelled and you were advised that after termination of your contract with the Railroad Company, the Las Vegas Land and Water Co., would furnish you water service at charges set forth in its tariffs on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada. After investigation of the facilities served with water at your properties, please be advised that effective August 1, 1953 your monthly water bill will be as follows: 1 - Office $2.i+0 1 - Public water closet .90 TOTAL 13.30 It is not the practice of this Company to send monthly statements.
