Scott SUSPENSION ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING IT APPEARING That under the date of January 22, 1951 the Las Ve Land and Water Company filed with the Public Service Commission of Nevada an amended set of Rules and Regulations and an increased schedule of water rates to become effective February 26, 1951j and IT FURTHER APPEARING That protests have been received against the granting of the application} and IT FURTHER APPEARING That by granting the application the rights and interests of the public may be seriously affected thereby, 1929, as amended, insofar as original sheets, P. S. C. N. 1 to 12, inclusive, to become effective February 26, 1951, seek to change the existing Rules, Regulations, and Rates be, and the same are hereby, suspended for a period of sixty (60) days from and after February 26, 1951, and during said period of suspension no change shall be made in the existing Rules, Regulations, and Rates of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company} and 10 oTclock A* M., April 3, 1951, in the City Hall, Las Vegas, Nevada, when and where every interested party may appear and be heard.
