Las Vegas Land and Water Company First Revised Sheet PSCN #9 cancels original sheet PSCN J9 4. Classes of Consumers - "Where two or more classifications of consumers are served by one service, each classification 'Will be separately rated. 5. Discontinuance of Charges - Water rates will be charged for all services whether the premises are occupied or not until service shall be, in writing, ordered discontinued, 6. Resuming Service - When service is discontinued pursuant to Rules 3 and 5, it will not be re-established until all delinquent charges are paid. 7. Emergency Shut-Offs - The Water Company may shut off water, without notice, for the purpose of making repairs or extensions. 8. Service Lines - All service lines extending from mains to property lines and the proper shut-off shall be installed, maintained and owned by the Water Company. Issued by Wm.
