I agree.Feb, 11, 1950• F „ R, McName e——— i« There are provisions la certain of the rules of which I do not think the Commission will approve* For instance Rule No. 9 provides that meters installed at consumers* request shall be at consumers * expense# and also provides that the Company may demand the estimated cost before installing same; Sale No. 10 provides that the Company will repair or replace any inaccurate meter at the consumers* expense# and that the Company .'.'may charge $5*0-0 for making the test# if the meter registers correctly* Rule No* 11 provides for a 15*00 tapping charge and Rule No. 13 provides that the consumer shall be responsible for damage done to meter after installation* It may be that we can get some of these rules across.
