Bracken: Referring to your letter February 18th, file W-23-4, submitting schedule of proposed increase in Las Vegas water rates: it is our conclusion that the present is not an opportune time in which to submit our new rate schedule to the Public Service Commission of Nevada. Mr. McNamee feels, and I think his conclusion is correct, that we should wait until we secure a favorable settlement of franchise matter now pending before the City, which particular matter we discussed here on Saturday last. mitting the new schedule of water rates to the Public Service Commission.
