Barry, And!tor, Los Angeles, ^alif* Bear Sir; Acknowledging receipt of year letter of August 19th, file HP 23-1, in reference to increase in water rates, Las Vegas. fhe Public Service Commission of levada, at Corson City, is still holding ns up on approval of rates* I enclose herewith, copy of their last wire, also onr reply to same, inclosing statement as requested hy them. We are hoping the increase in water rates will he granted as of September let, 1931, hut as they have already consumed three months of trying to arrive at a decision, we are not certain of this* However, will keep you advised.
