Dear Mr, Shaughnesayt On behalf of Las Vegas Land and Water Company I am enclosing you original and two copies of Petition for Reconsideration of certain portions of the Order made and filed by your Commission on August 28th, 1931, in which 1 have referred particularly to the matters we wish reconsidered, and submit that portion of the testimony in the record applicable to and whleh we believe sustains our contentions.
