Los Angeles, Sept. 11, 1931 Dear Walterj I have written Leo today and he will get in touch with you relative to our petition for reconsideration of water rates Las Vegas, copy of which I enclose. I wish you would have Mr. Connolly prepare-- so as to be available as soon as possible, the following data; first, the amount the rates allowed by the Commission would produce figured on present service and consumption, second, the amount the proposed rates we filed would produce figured on present service and consumption, and, third, the amount the rates allowed by the .Coirmission, with private residence orcdwelling occupied by one family, five rooms or less, figured at our proposed rate of f>2.00. Please have Mr. Connolly prepare these on separate sheets so either or any of them will be available for use and please make several copies of each. FRM-H F. R. McNamee
