Shaughnsssy, Chairman, Publlo Service Commission of Nevada, Carson City, Hevade. :W&:' Lear Mr. Shaujgpmeesy; In discussing this matter with yon by telephone this morning, you called, my attention to the impression we have left with you from time to time that we were considering taking over the different water services adjacent to Clark*s Las Vsgas townslte with a view of furnishing service under one general schedule, which is true, In order to carry out this general program we have from time to time acquired by purchase and In soma instances by practically a donation, certain subdivision* that wished service under the rates applied to Las Vegas Lend and Water Company, namely, Buck’s Addition, Hawkins * Addition, South Addition and the Fair view Tract by purchase, end the Park View Addition by practically a donation. For acme period of time we have been considering taking over the W&rdie Addition and, as I understand it, negotiations arc still pending with South Nevada Land and Development Company with a view of eventually taking over this subdivision.
