Insamuch as Las Vegas Land & Water Company desires to amend its "Amendment and Supplement to Schedule of Rates and Charges" filed with you in August, 1934, and which was to become effective October 1, 1934, the effective date of which was suspended by your order dated September 20, 1934, we request that the matter be held in abeyance, for the time being at least, so that we may file said amendment and thus obviate the necessity of an additional hearing.
