A reconnection charge of $>2„00 shall be made and collected by the Company before service is renewed where service has been discontinued, pursuant to these Rules and Regulations. 15., Special Rates - Plat monthly rates for any service not specifically set forth in the Company's Schedule of Rates may be fixed by special contract, subject to the approval of the Public Service Commission. 16. Authority to Waive or Alter -= Ho officer, inspector, solicitor, agent or employee of the Company has any authority to waive, alter or amend in any respect these Rules and Regulations or any part thereof. 17.
