Las Vegas - February ?, 1949 W 2 > 5 Hr, N«u Reinhardti ( co - Hr. I. E. Bennett) Xour letter February garding proposed agreement with 4 ,N avfyi lPeu r1c-h73a3s^i*n greOffice, covering water to be furnished Naval Reserve Training Center at Las VegasJ Z att&oh copy of my letter of even date to the Navy department, which is self explanatory. With reference to first paragraph of Hr. Bennett*s letter, a physical check was made of facilities to be served at the Naval Armory and we listed thereon all water facilities found. Our rate schedule makes no additional charge for wash basins, inasmuch as their cost is absorbed in other facilities served. The rate schedule provides a charge of fl.00 for the first shower and 75^ for each additional; however, if we so show it in the agreement, question will arise as to how many additional facilities there are. There** fore, we listed it as “first one e « l .00, next two ® 7 5 # each, total $2,50*. In order to make the matter entirely clear to the Navy, we have advised them that if additional facilities are added the rate will be increased accordingly* A. H. Folger /
